Five major actors of the world stage are international organizations, like the United Nations; regional organizations, like the North Atlantic Treaty Organization; Multinational Corporations, MNCs; nongovernmental organizations, like Greenpeace; and individuals, such as tourism (Edwards 623-625).
I think that the Regional Organizations are the most important because they are made up of several nations bound together by a military reason. Next would be Multinational Corporations because they account for a large portion of the world's industrial outcome. The next important would be the Nongovernmental Organizations because they hold the international interests and activities. Then the International Organizations because they renounce war and respect certain human and economic freedoms. Lastly, the individuals are the least important because they are international actors bringing America wherever it goes.
